4 eye of round steaks (3 oz. each)
1 dash black pepper
1 tablespoon onion flakes
2 beef bullion cubes-in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup grape juice or 1/4 cup grape jelly
1/2 teaspoon powered mustard
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon parsley flakes

Directions:

Cover baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place steaks on foil. Combine other ingredients and pour on top of steaks. Cover with aluminum foil sealing the edges with the bottom pan liner. Bake 300 degrees for 3 1/2-4 hours. Put on to cook during lunch hour and is ready for dinner shortly after getting home from work.
