1 pound chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 pound white chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and cream cheese to form a stiff dough. Roll into balls and dip with a fork in melted chocolate. Let rest on wax paper until set.Variation: Sprinkle finely chopped pecans on balls while chocolate is still wet. Yeilds 36 bites.
