36 (2 by 2) saltine crackers
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 by 15 inch jelly roll pan. Cover the bottom of pan with a single layer of crackers. Melt butter with sugar. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over crackers, spreading evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Cook for 5 minutes then spread melted chocolate. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until cool. Break into pieces like peanut brittle and store in tightly closed container.
