1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup ketchup
dash of pepper
cup chopped green pepper
tsp each chili powder and salt
4 pieces of cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Press biscuits into bottom of square baking dish. Bake using package directions. Brown ground beef. Combine remaining ingredients (except cheese) in bowl, mixing well. Add browned ground beef, stirring to mix. Spoon into baked shell. Arrange cheese over the top. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
