1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 pound light brown sugar
3 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup half and half cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine sugar and flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Gradually add butter and cream; mix until well combined. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve warm, topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream.
