6 C boiling water
2 tsp salt
1.5 C uncooked quick or regular grits
3/4 C butter
2 C cheddar cheese - grated
dash tabasco
1 Tbsp season salt
1/8 tsp paprika
3 eggs - beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to boiling water. Add grits. Mix butter, cheese, tabasco, salt, and paprika and add to above. Beat eggs in separate bowl and add small amount of grits to eggs. Then add eggs to grit mix. Pour into 3 quart greased casserole 9X12 pan. Bake at 250 for 60-70 minutes.
