1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1 pkg. Top Ramen, oriental flavor
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 C sunflower seeds
1/2 C slivered almonds

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbl. rice vinegar
2 Tbl. sugar
1 pkg. ramen seasoning
oil and soy sauce

Toast seeds and almonds or brown in 1 Tbl. oil. Assemble salad ingredients, breaking up dry ramen noodles into bite sized chunks.
Dressing: In a 1/2 C measurer, fill it 1/3 full of oil and the rest full of soy sauce. Add to remaining dressing ingredients and shake well to blend.
Pour over salad and eat immediately. If you know you'll have leftovers, sprinkle the ramen noodles on individual servings, since they get soggy after a day or so.
