2 Libras de carne molida (2 lb. ground beef)
2 Tarro de tomatoe sauce (2 cans tomato sauce)
8 Galletas saladas (8 crackers-saltines)
1/2 c. of oatmeal
Sal y pimienta (salt and pepper)
3 Huevos (3 eggs)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl beat eggs. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, breaking the crackers into small pieces. Combine well. Transfer to a pan and cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

(En una basija poner la carne y el tarro de tomato sauce, las galletas despedasadas en pedasos pequenos, agregar los huevos, el obmeol, la sal y pimienta y agregar los huevos, revolver todo bien y ponerlo en una refractaria a 350 por unos 30 a 45 minutos y servirlos con bake poatoes.)
