2 T. butter
2T.flour
1c. milk
1/4 c. shredded cheddar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat, add cheese, salt, sauce and pepper. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Place potatoes in greased 1 qt. casserole. Top with sauce. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, covered and then 20 minutes uncovered.
