2 lbs ground beef
1 large jar of Ragu
1 large carton cottage cheese
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese to taste
6 oz grated mozzarella cheese
1 lb lasagna noodles uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain ground beef and add Ragu sauce. Then in a separate dish, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Then layer: noodles, then meat sauce, then egg mixture several times in large rectangle pan and end with mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.

This is how mom made it growing up, but I found it hard to get the noodles to cook, so we cook them first.
