1/2 C Bisquick
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika

1 lb "round" (bottom or top) steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients and put 2 Tbsp aside. Pat the dry ingredients on the meat. Cook meat in 2 Tbsp oil until brown. Add 1/4 C water. Cover with lid. Cook for 2 hours.
Remove meat. Add 1 C water to drippings. Mix 1/4 C water to the 2 Tbsp of dry ingredients that were set aside, and add to above mixture. Stir. Pour over meat and serve.
