1 pound ground beef
1 cup bottled barbeque sauce (Cookies)
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
6 hamburger buns, warmed

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble ground beef into a 2 quart glass casserole. Stir in onion. Cover with a glass lid. Microwave for 5-6 minutes on high. Drain fat. (Don't break apart chunks until after draining fat - it is easier if you don't). Stir in remaining ingredients. Recover. Microwave for 5-6 minutes on reheat, or until hot. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Split hamburger buns.
