3 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon each salt, dried veggie flakes
4 slices Swiss cheese, halved
8 slices Canadian bacon or ham
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Shape into 8 patties. Top each patty with cheese and bacon/ham. Roll each patty like a jelly roll, sealing the edges. Mix the eggs and 1/4 cup water in a shallow bowl. Dip each roll in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Saute in butter in skillet for 25 mintues, turning frequently. Place ground beef rolls in heating serving dish. Add the soups and milk to the pan drippings, mixing well. Cook over low heat until heated through, stirring to loosen sediment. Pour sauce over the beef rolls.
