2 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped broccoli 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 3 cups milk 2 cups cut up fully cooked smoked ham 1 cup Bisquick baking mix 4 eggs
Heat oven to 350º. Cook broccoli as directed on the package; drain. Spread in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2. Layer ham and cheese over broccoli. Beat remaining ingredients with hand beater until smooth; slowly pour over the cheese. Bake uncovered 1 hour.
