1/2 cup instant rice
1 pound hamburger
1 large green pepper, diced or cut into strips
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, sliced
salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire liquid smoke to taste
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. As soon as there is a little fat in bottom of the pan, add green pepper and onion. Continue browning until meat is brown and onions transparent. Add stewing tomates and simmer until peppers are almost done. Add generous das Worcestershire liquid smoke to "liking" along with the tomatoes. Add rice, stir, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
