2 pkg frozen broccoli (or fresh) 3 C cooked chicken cut into small pieces 1 C mayonnaise 2 tsp lemon juice 2 cans cream of chicken soup
butter and bread crumbs
Layer cooked broccoli on bottom. Place chicken next. Mix mayo, lemon juice, and cream of chicken soup together and layer it next. Drizzle butter and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Variation: Add a splash of curry powder to the sauce for a nice taste.
