1 C freshly grated Parmesian cheese
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 C heavy cream
4 T Butter
1/4 t black pepper
1/2 lb fettuccine
salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet add butter & cream. Turn the heat on to medium and cook until cream & butter are melted together, about 1 minute. Turn Off. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 T salt and fettuccine. Strain pasta & add to pan with butter and cream. Turn heat on medium. Add egg yolks, cheese & pepper. Stire vigorously mixing the eggs and cheese, coating all the pasta with sauce. Serve immediately with cheese on top.
