Ingredients:
1 Pkg. Active Dry Yeast
1-1/2 Cups Warm Water (about 110 degrees)
1 Tbsp. Honey
5-1/4 Cups Flour, divided
1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Parmesan Cheese
Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl (electric mixer), dissolve yeast in warm water. Combined flour and seasonings and set aside. On medium speed, beat in honey, then gradually 3 cups of flour, beating well until mixture pulls from bowl in stretchy strands. With a heavy duty mixer or wooden spoon gradually add enough of the remaining flour 1-1/2 to 2 cups to make dough soft.
Knead on slightly floured board until smooth & satiny (about 10 minutes) adding flour as needed to prevent sticking. With a knife, cut dough into 32 equal pieces (quarter the dough and then cut each quarter into 8 pieces). Roll each piece into a 10 inch rope & arrange ropes about 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets (at least 12" x 15").
Let rise in a warm place about 15 minutes or until slightly puffy. Brush each rope lightly with butter, and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Preheat oven to 375 degress for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly on racks before serving.
