1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsps. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup crushed nuts
1 cup coconut

Frosting
1 stick of softened butter
1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 pan.

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

While cake is baking, prepare frosting. Mix all frosting ingredients. Beat at high speed until fluffy. Frost cake when cooled.
