Ingredients:  
8 pieces of chicken breasts and thighs (with or without skin, your choice)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder
3 tbsps. olive oil
2 tbsps. parsley
2 tbsps. oregano
Large can of Plum Tomatoes, pureed in blender
2 large red or green peppers, sliced lengthwise
Noodles or rice as a side dish

Directions:
Directions:
Coat frying pan with oil. Brown chicken on both sides. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley and oregano. Add pureed plum tomatoes. Simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add peppers, cook until soft.

Turn off, let sit while cooking noodles or rice.
