2/3 cup chopped cooked ham
1 small onion
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Chop ham and onion finely. Place in a 2 qt bowl. Add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard. Stir to combine. Spray mini muffin tin with vegetable spray. Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 squares using a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Place dough pieces into mini muffin tin and press to form a cup or tart shape. Place fillling into cups. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
These freeze well.
