1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 gallon (16 cups) of strong brewed coffee
1 1/2 tsp creme de cocao or coffee liqueur, optional
2 pints of chocolate ice cream, softened
1 pint of heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large punch bowl.

Blend sugar into coffee and then let cool. If using liqueur, add.
Add ice cream and mix until blended.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Serve at once.
