1 pound ground beef
1 (46-ounce) can V8 juice
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (3-ounce) package beef Raman noodles
1 (16-ounce) package mixed frozen vegetables (corn, carrots, green beans) or your choice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain grease. Stir in the V8, soup mix, contents of noodle seasoning packet and mixed vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Return to a boil; stir in noodles. Cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
