Ingredients:  
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp bay leaf crushed
1/2 c mashed garlic
Make one batch of marinate per lb of meat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and rub on with fork
Let set for 6-48 hrs. Bake pork as directed for the weight
Put onion and carrot with roast and when done mash up onion,carrot in juice add wine to make gravy if you wish.
