1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
5 - 6 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup (4 ounce) crumbled Blue cheese
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 cup minced chives

Directions:

Whisk together first 8 ingredients. Fold in last 3 ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve over iceberg lettuce wedges.
