3 lb. Cod (haddock)
1 small can (14oz) any flavor tomatoes
1 lb monterey jack or cheese of your choice
Crushed Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole dish with oil.
Add one layer fish.
Spread tomatoes over, then layer grated cheese
Top with another layer of fish.
Top with Ritz and butter.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
