1 C whole wheat kernels
1 C milk or buttermilk

2 eggs
1/2 C milk or buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 C vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking powder (4 tsp. if using buttermilk)
1 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbl. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend wheat kernels and milk in blender on high for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to blender and mix well.

Awesome, hearty breakfast without having to grind the wheat! My family prefers these to regular pancakes.
