5-6 boneless chicken breasts
flour and paprika
2/3 C brown sugar
3 Tbl. worcestershire sauce
1/4 C soy sauce
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 C sliced fresh mushrooms (or 1 can)

Steamed rice

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in flour and paprika and place in casserole dish. Mix other ingredients without draining pineapples or mushrooms and pour over chicken. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or more, until sauce is bubbly and starts to darken/thicken. Serve over rice.

Good for company. Can add more chicken for larger crowd. I sometimes add sliced onions as well.
