3/4 pound hamburger
1/2 tube Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon whole basil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pound can diced tomatoes
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
10 oz lazagna noodles
2 eggs
3 cups cream style cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teasponn salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound mozzarella cheese

Brown meat slowly, spoon of fat. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in large amount of boiling salted water, drain and rinse. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients, with the exception of mozzarella cheese. Layer noodles, 1/3 cottage cheese mix, 1/3 mozzarella and 1/3 meat sauce. Repeat 3 times. Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly.
