2 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water
1 large package frozen mixed vegetables (1 pound)
2 pound package frozen tater tots
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put raw hamburger in bottom of greased casserole dish. Add onion, salt, pepper and mixed vegetables. Mix soups with water and pour over vegetables. Add tater tots. Bake uncovered at 350 fir 1 1/2 hours.
