10 potatoes
1 cup sliced or diced celery
1 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 - 2 tablespoons mustard
3/4 cup sweet relish

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and peel the potatoes. Add celery and chopped onions. Combine mayo, mustard, relish and salt. Pour over potatoes and stir. Best if made when the potatoes are warm. Chill for several hours or overnight.
