1 large onion chopped

1/4 C butter

4 small or 1 medium large zucchini

1 12 oz package Mozzerlla Cheese

1 4 oz can mushrooms

3 large tomatoes cut up into medium thick slices

Buttered Crumbs
Parmeasean Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all above in butter until tender.
Drain off excess liquid.

In a 2 quart casserole dish that has been buttered;
Layer vegetable and Mozzerella Cheese alternately ending with Mozzerella Cheese.
Sprinkle with buttered Crumbs & Parmesean Cheese
Bake covered for 1/2 Hour
Uncover and bake additional 1/2 hour.
