potatoes, peeled and cooked
eggs, hard boiled
celery, finely chopped
carrot, grated (optional)
onion, finely chopped

A big blob of real mayo
a smaller blob of miracle whip
enough mustard to turn it potato salad color
salt and pepper
a little sugar
a little vinegar

This recipe was given to Juli by Grandma. She said to cook a nice size amount of potatoes until they are done. The dressing directions are exactly what she gave to me. I have made her recipe many times and have come close to Grandmas, but it has never been quite as good. Good luck.
