1 cup rice 1 cup milk 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 package Lipton onion soup mix 1 medium sized chicken, pieces
Pour rice on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. In a separate bowl mix milk and soup, pour over rice. set chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover pan tightly with tin foil. Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hour at 350º.
