Directions:
Directions:
Cook giblets in lots of water. Dry bread out and cut into cubes. Saute celery and onion in butter, add salt, pepper, sage and poultry seasoning, add water from giblets, whisk in 2 eggs. Mix with bread crumbs, put in a casserole, dot with butter. Bake with meat.
