1 package dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon dried minced onion (optional)
2-1/2 cups flour, more if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and kneed 20 times. Set dough aside for 5 minutes. This is enough dough to cover a 12" pizza pan.
