1 plain pie crust
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk (or cream)
1-1/4 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
1 Tablespoon flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into pie crust, using addition pie crust create a lattice striped top. Sprinkle with a little sugar (Grandma writes that red sugar gives it a fancier look). Bake at 400 for 50 minutes
