3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
dash of salt
2 tablespoons water
1 (6-ounce) can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Blend in water, stir to dissolve sugar. Add milk, bring to boiling. Boil until thickened 3-4 minutes. Stir often. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Great on ice cream.
