3 oz. goat cheese
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
8 oil-packed, sun-dried tomato halves, drained and chopped
4 cooked chicken-breast halves (1 lb. total), thinly sliced
2 ripe avocados, sliced
1/2 c. bottled salsa
1/4 c. bottled smoky BBQ sauce
2 c. assorted salad greens

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix cheese and dried tomatoes. Spread cheese mixture on top of each tortilla. In center of each tortilla, put chicken and avocado. Then spoon on salsa and BBQ sauce and add the salad greens. Bring the edge of each tortilla up and over filling to enclose. Fold in ends and roll up, burrito-style. Cut in half.
