1st layer:
1&1/2 stick margarine
1&1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

2nd layer:
8oz. cream cheese, room temp
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cool whip (1 lg. and 1 small)

3rd layer:
1 large box chocolate instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer- Melt margarine in 8x12 pan. Add flour and nuts and press into bottom of pan to make crust. Bake at 350 until light brown and cool. For
2nd layer-blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and half of the cool whip until combined. Spread over first layer. For 3rd layer-blend all ingredients together for 2 minutes and spread onto 2nd layer. Cover with remaining 1/2 of cool whip.
