1&1/2 to 2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can french onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Shape meat into patties and place in a deep baking dish. Mix both soups together. Do not add water. Pour over meat and cover with lid or foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 or until done.
