2 small, whole chicken breasts 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Skin and bone chicken. Cut into 1 inch chunks. Combine corn flake crumbs and salt and pepper. Dip chicken into butter and roll in crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in a single layer on foil line baking sheet. BAke at 400º for 30 minutes.
