1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. macaroni
1 large can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salt water until tender while grating the cheese. Drain macaroni and layer macaroni and cheese. Make 1 layer of 1/2 macaroni and 1/2 grated cheese. On top of this beat 1 egg with 1/2 can of milk; pour over top. Slice 1/2 of the butter over this then put the rest of macaroni and cheese, egg and milk, then other 1/2 of the butter. Cook in 350 oven only until completely hot throughout. Do not over cook or it will be dry.
