1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 cup orange juice (fresh)
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugars dissolve. Simmer about 3 minutes. Glaze duck several times while cooking.
