8-10 medium potatoes-peeled and sliced
1 8 oz pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
1 carton sour cream (1/2 pint)
4 Tbs. butter
1/3 cup chives-freeze dried ones are fine-from spice section Paprika, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Beat sour cream and cheese together. Add hot potatoes. Beat until smooth. Add butter, chives, salt and pepper. Pour into well greased 2 qt. casserole, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
