2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup crisco
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
3 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 eggs
1 whole grated nutmeg
1 Tbs lemon extract
8 cups flour-approx.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and knead on flour surface. Roll out with rolling pin and use cookie cutters. Can decorate with sprinkles, raisins, etc.

Let the kids decorate. These are delicious cookies and will always remind me of Christmas. Store in an airtight container.
