bread: sourdough, french, italian--any kind
butter, melted
olive oil
garlic powder
beau monde seasoning
tuscan seasoning, opt.
parsley flakes
mrs. dash
romano cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into large cubes and spread out on cookie sheet. Drizzle bread with melted butter and olive oil. Toss and spread cubes out again. Sprinkle on remaining spices, romano cheese and toss. Taste and add more seasonings as desired. Spread out cubes on sheet and broil a couple minutes til slightly browned. Store in ziplock. This is a great way to use up your day old bread!
