6 Tbl. butter
5-6 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 carrot, grated
5-6 green onions, chopped
2 c. diced ham
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. rice, cooked
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, green pepper, carrots, and green onion in butter. Add ham, soy sauce, and cooked rice. Meanwhile scramble eggs and cook in separate pan. Stir eggs into rice mixture.
