1 32 oz. pkg hash browns/cubed potatoes
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese


1/2 small box cornflakes crushed
1 stick melted butter

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix thoroughly and pour mixture into a greased 9x13 glass baking dish, chill overnight or several hours.

Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until the cheese starts to bubble. The last 10-15 minutes of baking, add crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted stick of butter on top.
