1 2 1/2 can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 cup marachino cherries - green and red
2 (3 oz) packages of cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup commercial eggnog
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups miniature marshmallows
red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit coctail. Drain and cut cherries in quarters. Blend softened cream cheese with salt, vanilla and eggnog until smooth. Fold in stifly beaten cream, marshmallows and drained fruit. Tint a delicate pink with food coloring. Freeze in a ring or angel food cake pan. This makes a large angel food cake pan full.
